FACTS:

1. Republic Act (R.A.) No. 10354, otherwise known as the Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Act of 2012 (RH Law) was enacted on December 21, 2012. was challenged by 14 petitions and 2 petition-in-interventions; 

2. The petitioners unanimously pray that this RH Law be declared as unconstitutional.
